Had my GhostBed a little over a year now. Still solid. No major sagging. No weird dips. The edge is a little softer than when I first got it, but nothing too bad. Overall, it feels durable. Worth it so far. 4 stars

I really wanted to like this, but it was just too firm for me. I woke up sore most mornings and never felt like I could fully get comfortable. i’m disappointed and feel like an apology would be fair, because this wasn’t the restful sleep I was expecting

I was excited when the mattress showed up right on time, but I still remember opening the door and feeling a little disappointed seeing how beat up the box was. It was ripped in a few spots and dirty, which made me nervous at first. Thankfully, the bed itself seems fine so far, but I do wish the delivery had been handled with a bit more care

I got my GhostBed a few weeks back, and the pressure relief is kinda the big win for me. I’m mostly a side sleeper, so I used to wake up with my hips and shoulders feeling all sore and annoying. That’s pretty much not happening anymore. Took me a couple nights to settle into it, but now I’m sleeping a whole lot better.

I really wanted this to help me stay cooler at night, but i still wake up sweaty most nights. It’s not terrible or anything, just didn’t make the difference I was hoping for.

To be fair, they did eventually get everything handled and my refund came through, so my experience wasn’t awful. I just wish the return steps had been clearer from the beginning so I knew what to expect. For me, 3 stars feels about right...

I’ve had my GhostBed for almost a year now, i’m impressed. It still feels nice and flat with no weird dips or saggy spots anywhere. I wasn’t sure what to expect over time, but it’s held up really well. That kind of consistency makes me feel like I actually made a good choice, and that’s a relief.

I’d probably give the ghostbed 4 stars overall. If edge support is something you care about, I think it does a good job. I can sit on the side to put my shoes on without feeling like I’m sliding off or sinking way down, which was definitely an issue with my old mattress. Sleeping close to the edge feels stable too. Just a heads up, if you sit in the exact same spot for a long time, it can dip a little, so it’s not perfect. But for everyday use, I’ve been happy with it and would say it’s a solid choice if you want decent edge support.

I let the GhostBed air out for days, but the chemical smell was still just really strong. It made my whole room stink and even gave me a headache. I just couldn’t sleep on it, which was really disappointing.

The mattress itself is fine, nothing amazing but comfortable enough. The real issue was dealing with customer service. It took days to hear back, and when they finally replied, it was like they were carefully avoiding my actual questions. I had to repeat the same thing over and over, which started to feel less like a mistake and more like some kind of tactic to make people give up. Maybe I’m overthinking it, but the whole process felt way harder than it needed to be. Not the worst experience ever, but I definitely expected better.
